Coach Castilleja's approach to training is very detailed and organized from the warm-ups, and workouts to recovery.
The training Coach Castilleja provides is very similar to the training I received throughout my playing career. He does a lot of things, I like, as far as working on functional and dynamic movements, skills on the felid, and use of the hurdles to warm up. He will also use isometric exercises while lifting, I love isometric workouts because it will show you where you are stronger in one area then the other. These workouts work great with players coming back from serious injuries.
